From one moment to the next - Deakin Second Year Dance Students

This work explores the notion of a tipping point—the point at which something shifts, where balance wavers and change becomes inevitable. What begins as a subtle gesture can ripple outward.

Through the physical language of tipping, leaning, and surrendering, the dancers negotiate one another’s weight, presence, and momentum. An embodied meditation on movement as negotiation, on instability as a site of transformation, and on the interplay between the individual and the collective; the point where our dancing becomes a dance.
